Dress Code

Buying school clothes is a time-honored tradition but before you head out to the store, make sure you know what is appropriate for your campus and what is not. Proper dress and grooming are the responsibility of the student and his/her family and/or guardians. However, dress reflects the quality of the school and must be in the interest of health, welfare, and safety of the student and school.

Clothes should be worn that are appropriate for school activities and do not interrupt the orderly process of education at any time. Articles of clothing, hairstyle, jewelry, or makeup extreme enough to create a distraction or disturb the normal routine of school will be considered inappropriate. While the dress code is similar across the district, each campus may have slightly different age-appropriate requirements.

Please read your campus' Student Handbook for complete details on the dress code.
