Marsha Jackson

Mrs. Jackson has been a dedicated member of the Henderson ISD team since January 2012. With over 12 years of experience in child nutrition, she has excelled in her role, including nine years of service as a campus manager across multiple campuses within the district. Her thorough understanding of the district’s child nutrition programs and her commitment to the health and well-being of all our students make her an excellent fit for this new role, according to Interim Superintendent Jim Dunlap.

Henderson boys and girls are privileged to have Ms. Jackson step into this leadership role," said Dunlap. "Her experience and passion for child nutrition make her a valuable asset to our district, and we are confident that she will continue to enhance our nutrition programs."

In her position as Child Nutrition Coordinator, Jackson will oversee all aspects of the district's child nutrition programs, making sure that students have access to nutritious meals that support their academic success and overall health. Under her leadership, the district will again this year be able to provide both breakfast and lunch at no cost to every student, kindergarten through twelfth grade.

Jackson position was formally approved on Tuesday evening at the district regular school board meeting.
